ὣς ἔφατ'. Ἰ̈δομενεὺς δ' ΐμασεν καλλίτριχας ἵ̈ππους

νῆας ἐπὶ γλαφυρὰς. δὴ γὰρ δέος ἔμπεσε θυμῷ:

So spake he, and Idomeneus lashed the fair-maned horses back to the hollow ships; for verily fear had fallen upon his soul.
