Τὸν δ' ἀπαμειβόμενος προσέφη πολύμητις Ὀδυσσεύς:

πῶς γὰρ δὴ Τρώεσσι μεμιγμένοι ἵ̈πποδάμοισιν

εὕδουσ', ἦ ἀπάνευθε. δίειπέ μοι. ὄφρα δαείω:

Then in answer to him spake Odysseus of many wiles: "How is it now, do they sleep mingled with the horse-taming Trojans, or apart? tell me at large that I may know."
